Shane Hennelly Appointed Joint MD
We are delighted to announce that from the 1st September 2015, Shane Hennelly BSS ACII, is appointed Joint Managing Director of Norman Thompson Insurances Ltd
(jointly with Norman Thompson ACII the current MD).
Shane has over 8 years experience in Thompsons. He has successfully led a number of projects and teams within the business and the wider insurance industry particularly in the realms of strategy and business development. On completion of his ACII Shane was designated a Chartered Insurance Broker by the Chartered Insurance Institute in London. He was awarded the IID Presidents Prize for best overall ACII results for the class of 2014. Shane sits on the National Council of the Insurance Institute of Ireland, the Council of the Insurance Institute of Dublin and is a director of the Brokers Federation of Ireland.
Shane’s appointment represents a new phase in the Company’s development and gives added impetus to the Company’s growth plans over the coming years.
